DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service to the post office of your city or to the address you provided.

Your order will be delivered within 1-2 days (subject to product availability in stock). You can arrange the most convenient delivery time with our store manager. Delivery of orders is available from 10:00 to 19:00 every day.

Delivery fees:

• Free for orders over 3000 UAH
• For orders under 3000 UAH, all delivery costs are covered by the customer
• Courier delivery within Kyiv and suburbs is free for orders over 3000 UAH

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Delivery is available through "Ukrposhta," "Nova Poshta," or international courier services worldwide.

Standard Ukrposhta delivery takes 14-20 days, and the minimum cost is automatically calculated during website order placement based on the package's weight. Expedited courier delivery takes 7-11 days. The client pays the international delivery cost according to the carrier's tariffs.

PAYMENT

You can pay for orders online using VISA/MasterCard through the Fondy electronic payment system. Additionally, payment options include cash on delivery through Nova Poshta or in-person cash payment at the Materia salon.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

According to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, perfumery and cosmetic products are non-food products of adequate quality that are not subject to return or exchange.

Upon receiving the order, carefully inspect the purchase at the Nova Poshta office. If the product does not match the order's parameters and remains unopened, return the order. Claims regarding the appearance are only accepted at the time of delivery. In all other cases, exchanges or returns of the product are not accepted.
